Brady Fickenscher, MD

Dr. Brady Fickenscher is a native of Gothenburg, NE and has been practicing at the York Medical Clinic since graduation from residency, and started seeing patients in September of 2016.

Dr. Fickenscher attended Hastings College where he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). From there, he was accepted into UNMC’s Advanced Rural Training Program for Family Medicine residency.

Dr. Fickenscher loves getting to have the opportunity to know his patients and learning about their lives outside of the clinic doors. Although he enjoys every age group in family medicine, he thoroughly enjoys getting to care for the pediatric population. 
 
In his free time he enjoys traveling (and all the learning that comes with it), reading, running, and most of all, spending time with his wife, Dr. Jillian Fickenscher and their two children.
